Terms & Conditions
Terms of Sale
By making a booking on a Construct Testing Ltd test you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Seats are sold on an individual basis. Seats are valid only at the Construct Testing test time selected at the time of booking. Seats may not be resold to a third party.
Payment Terms
Advanced payment for all seats is required when booking a course via online banking, by Cash or cheque.

Account holders payment of the invoice is required with 7 days of the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.

Overdue accounts will incur collection costs and may initiate claim under the Construction contracts Act
Changes, Transfers and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations to bookings are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the test. Please contact us to request a change or cancellation.

Please contact us as early as possible to request a change or cancellation.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of the Constructsafe test are not refundable.
No Shows
Failure to attend the Constructsafe test will result in forfeiture of all payment made or complimentary seat used when making the booking. You will need to rebook and repay.
Cancelled Test
Refunds will not be given for tests cancelled due to breach or attempt to breach protocols
Refunds
Construct Testing Ltd recognises that workplace demands change at short notice. Therefore our cancellation refund policy is as flexible as possible while ensuring minimal financial loss to Construct Testing Ltd.

Requests for refunds may be made via the contact form or by emailing support@constructtesting.co.nz

Full or part refunds will only be processed when requested by the original purchaser on the account.

Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 working days.
Variations and Notification
Construct Testing reserves the right to change the date, start time or location of any Constructsafe test without prior notice, however…

Construct Testing Ltd will make reasonable efforts to inform the purchasers where any change has been made to the advertised details of a Constructsafe test.

If a course is altered within 24 hours of that course being held, Construct Testing Ltd will endeavour to re-book each trainee to another time or location to suit the purchaser and/or trainee.
Cards
Construct Testing Ltd will endeavour to get the cards to you within five weeks but this is dependant on Construct Safe and their manufacturing times.
Construct Testing Ltd will need to be informed about cards not received within three months of the test date, Construct Testing Ltd is not liable for cards not received after this time. Construct Testing Ltd can assist with replacements of lost cards but are not liable to pay the costs associated with the replacement.
